Vagrancy Act .Reasons : Historical biblical prescription, social objection and hygienic protection.

Setting

Trainer distributes photographs and class selects " apparent offenders".

Trainer explains lesson aims and reasons for the law.

Definition of "Common Prostitute" See p. 57, para. 4

Step 3:
