Good question. I think it all depends on how you want to approach the production. Is it a traditional hollywood hype? Is it a traditional approach or avant garde? If you want to go for the more traditional you might choose to cast well known traditional actors, a la Kennith Branner and Emma (whats -her -name) or you might think more of a Baz Lohmen sort of production in which case you could have well known and unknown and even the odd cameo apperance, which might include someone bizzare and unexpected as one of the witches! Someone like a popstar, or such figure. I think either way, you will need to justify why you have made the casting choices you have and this will probably link in with your style of production and interpretation of the play.

I'm having trouble with explaining "Fair is foul, and foul is foul"
