Text deconstruction...

This may be repetitive (still working out the whole posting of a notice on a notice board!)... But, I'm looking for a text that teaches the deconstruction of texts (mode, timbre, tone etc) - can anybody recommend a good one? Also, given the inclusion of graphic / image analysis in the new HSC, does anybody know of a text that is recommended to teach that too? (one that's more for teachers - knowing the vocab, etc) Thanks all! Suzie
